YOUR NEW ROLE

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional dining experiences to our residents. You will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and delivery of all community meals and snacks across our Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care dining rooms. Your attention to detail will be crucial in tracking and preparing specialized diets, such as diabetic and texture modified, as per physician orders. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the food service department, ensuring appropriate stock levels, tracking monthly invoices, and staying within budget.

In addition to your role in food and beverage management, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity as the community's chef. You will plan and prepare meals for special events, holidays, and in-house catering, ensuring high-quality food options that cater to our discerning clientele. REQUIREMENTS

• Current Serve Safe certificate
• Training or degree in culinary arts
• Experience with financial management

Experience working with senior adults and operating a successful culinary department is preferred.
