Responsible for greeting clients, admitting/dismissing patients and collecting payment for services. Responsible for reviewing all charges and fee estimates, discussing payment policy with clients and collecting additional deposits when charges exceed original fee estimates. Schedules appointments, answers phones, and communicates necessary messages to faculty/clinicians. Employee will be cross-trained for reception duties in both small animal and large animal reception, business office, and medical records. All other duties as assigned.
