Our prepared meal and rotisserie chicken associates prepare fresh food items daily for our members by following recipes and preparing our always warm and ready rotisserie chicken. We also properly wrap, label, and store merchandise to ensure our members have the freshest items to take home. You may juggle several tasks in a short time while helping members with bakery orders. Your smile can make a difference between a good and a great shopping experience. You won't just prepare fresh food—you'll help a family have a great meal. What you'll do...

• Be a Team Member: Maintain knowledge of product specifications, collaborate with teams, assist in educating others, communicate effectively, and be flexible to business needs.
• Be an Expert: Prepare food according to specifications, understand and plan for production needs, adhere to food safety standards, operate and sanitize equipment, and understand product layout.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales, improve shopping, and engage associates; utilize handheld technology for decisions, orders, and training.
• Be an Owner: Drive area performance, manage stock, ensure quality and standards, and assist customers per policies.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote the brand, inspire others, and support team development.

The hourly wage range is $16.00 to $23.00, with potential premiums based on specific circumstances.

Minimum Qualifications...

Must be 18 years or older. Successful completion of required trainings and assessments is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications...

Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) is preferred.
