Remote Medicare Customer Service Representative Compensation

  • The pay for this position is $18.00 per hour
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Remote Medicare Customer Service Representative Highlights
  • This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
  • The required availability for this position is Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST
  • 100% remote - must live in Oklahoma
Remote Medicare Customer Service Representative Responsibilities
  • Frontline, inbound call center representative-no sales
  • Assist members, prospective members, and providers with questions regarding Medicare benefits, pharmacy services, and provider listings
  • Work in a high-volume, fast-paced telephonic environment
  • Provide administrative support to leadership including calendar management, meeting planning, travel arrangements, and material preparation
  • Run daily, weekly, and seasonal sales/vendor reports and analyze market data
  • Assist in developing internal/external communications and executive presentations
Remote Medicare Customer Service Representative Requirements
  • Must live in Oklahoma
  • Must have a hardwired (ethernet) internet connection; wireless will not be accepted
  • Internet speed must be at least 25 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload - include speed test at top of resume
  • Must attend full training (4-6 weeks), Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST
  • High School Diploma or GED (required)
  • Must not have prior CVS/Aetna work experience
  • Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
Remote Medicare Customer Service Representative Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a similar field
  • 2+ years of related experience
  • Healthcare insurance and call center experience
  • Knowledge of CMS guidelines for Medicare Part D enrollment
