QUALIFICATIONS:

• Land surveying experience (field or office)
• Understanding of boundary, ALTA, and construction staking
• Familiarity with Oklahoma surveying laws and regulations
• Great attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Set ups, adjusts and operates the equipment used at surveying job sites.
• Physically prepares area for surveying.
• Measures, records and calculates data based on readings from those instruments.
• Lays out and recover markings, stakes and other such signifiers at work locations.
• Assists in creating drawings and computer images of the locations surveyed.
• Ability and flexibility to work in cooperation with all those assigned to the office.
• This position reports directly to the Survey Party Chief.
