Description:

Kappa Kappa Psi, National Honorary Band Fraternity, is hiring up to two talented and dedicated brothers for the position of Chapter Field Representative (CFR). This position provides Brothers a meaningful opportunity to give back to our organization as an official representative of the Fraternity and a staff member of our National Headquarters. Over a two-year period, our CFRs will visit dozens of chapters, travel thousands of miles across the country, and work with hundreds of Brothers and their college bands from coast to coast. The CFR position is supervised by the National Executive Director and National Vice President for Membership & Expansion. The position starts in early summer 2026 (target date of June 1, 2026) and is held for up to two years.

Skills/Qualifications

Applicants must be an Alumnus or Life Member of Kappa Kappa Psi in good standing on or before the first day of employment. At that time, the applicant must hold a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education. Applicants must be able to obtain an Oklahoma driver's license if hired. Applicants must possess a good driving record and are subject to a check of their driving record, criminal background, and credit. Additionally, applicants must be able to obtain an Oklahoma driver's license, if hired. New-hire drug screening may also be required.

An ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and professional skills while also demonstrating a deep respect and understanding of Kappa Kappa Psi and its mission. Candidates do not need to have held a district or chapter office to be successful but must show a thorough knowledge and passion for the Fraternity and its operations. An ideal candidate will show an interest in learning more about Kappa Kappa Psi, teaching others about Kappa Kappa Psi, and be able to conduct themselves professionally as an official representative of the Fraternity. They must be able to demonstrate maturity, self-discipline and discretion.

Compensation

Chapter Field Representatives receive a salary, use of a company vehicle, gas allowance for travel, lodging for chapter visits, and benefits including health and retirement plans.

CFRs will not be provided with housing while in Stillwater and are expected to live in Stillwater for the term of employment.
