About The Team

Among the solutions offered by D-EDGE, the CRM platform occupies a key position. This SaaS solution, which brings together a team of around thirty people based in Paris (Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success), Toulouse (Development), and Barcelona (Sales Spain and Support), is designed to improve the customer experience in hotels, holiday resorts, campsites, and hotel residences.

This solution offers centralized and efficient management of customer data while responding to the growing need for personalization throughout the traveler's experience. In parallel, it stimulates the sales of additional services—a priority that is increasingly strategic in a highly competitive sector.

Your Responsibilities

• Create and configure client applications (app, automated email/SMS/WhatsApp campaigns, etc.)
• Participate in the integration of new hotel groups on LoungeUp
• Monitor the use of the solution and identify continuous improvement opportunities
• Provide ad-hoc support to the CSM team in managing client projects
• Contribute to internal projects to optimize team efficiency or improve the customer experience

Profile Sought

• Interest in tech and hospitality: You want to discover how a SaaS product works and the hotel industry
• Rigor & attention to detail: You like things to be done well, you can proofread yourself, and follow procedures carefully
• Initiative: You are curious, autonomous, and don't always wait to be told what to do
• Organization: You know how to prioritize, structure your work, and manage multiple tasks in parallel—including juggling between two teams
• Collaboration: You want to evolve in a young, friendly, and dynamic team
• Languages: A good level of French and English is required. Spanish is a plus
